Community and social connection are a major part of Arc's proposition, not just a by-product of the shared sauna. Alongside Guided Classes and Free Flow, Arc runs evening socials such as Arc After Dark and 'sweat and connect' sessions, as well as workshops and other community events. The 60-person communal sauna and dedicated Connect Lounge are designed to create space for conversation and time together around the contrast-therapy session. Public single sessions, packs and memberships are available; this is not a selective private members' club.
